Project Overview

The Financial Records System (FRS) Project at the University of Maryland
is a business process re-design effort which will result in more efficient
processes for handling business transactions. The FRS system consists of five
modules; Fixed Assets, Budget, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Financial
Accounting. In conjunction with web based electronic forms, the business
processes within all areas will be markedly improved.
